Zensol CBA-32P 16 Kontaklı Devre Kesici Analizörü, her çeşit yüksek voltaj devre kesicinin zamanlama - hareket analizi için kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır.

SIM-CB6  Simülatör

Zensol SIM-CB6 her türlü (SF6, Air Blast, Oil ..) devre kesicinin ve 9'a kadar (açma/kapatma kontak resistörleri - her faz için 3 kontak) kontak içeren kontrol kabinlerinin hassas bir şekilde simülasyonu için tasarlanmıştır.

Günlük kullanım için, devre kesici analiz sistem operatörlerine yardımcı olmaktadır.  Simülatörlerden bazıları Hydro_Qubec santralinde bakım ve eğitim için gerekli ekipmanlar listesinde bulunmaktadır.

 The SIM-CB6 produced by Zensol allows you to accurately simulate any type of circuit breaker (SF6, Air Blast, Oil, etc...) and control cabinets up to 9 contacts with or without closing/opening resistor contacts (3 contacts per phase).

As a daily test instruments, it maintains the competency of the operators on circuit breaker analyzer systems.

Some of your units are used by Hydro-Quebec, where they are considered as essential tools for training and maintenance.

GEN-3 Recloser Kontrol Analizörü


The GEN-3 is a universal recloser analyser designed to test all types of reclosers. Connected to the appropriate interfaces, the GEN-3 can test: Mc Graw-Edison, Cooper reclosers type F3, F4, F5, FXB, DC NOVA, as well as the ESV Westinghouse, Joslyn 351J, ABB PCD2000, Schweitzer SEL-351R models or any equivalent other type. It is designed to replace all old electronic recloser control testers.

CBV-8 - Yüksek Voltaj Devre Kesici Vibrasyon Analizörü HYDRO-QUÉBEC LICENSE

Zensol is the first to introduce a new instrument, the CBV-8, totally dedicated to vibration measurements on HV circuit breakers.
 
 



 

The CBV-8 uses a new method of vibration analysis developed by Hydro-Québec and commercialized under license by Zensol.
This new instrument will allow the maintenance crew to detect mechanical anomalies in the circuit-breaker drive mechanisms and other moving parts in the interrupting chamber that should be inspected and overhauled.

The CBV-8 is used in conjunction with accelerometers. Its high sampling frequency of at least 150 kHz allows to catch a large variety of mechanical anomalies.

The CBV-8 comes with powerful and user-friendly software : CBV WIN used for recording the test sequence and DVA for analyzing the defect severity and plan further maintenance actions. It integrates many calculation functions including: noise suppression, amplitude and time deviations between measured and reference signals, frequency spectrogram depicting relevant frequencies.

 PDR-16 - Senkron Dengeleyici Analizörü

Zensol innovates once more with a new instrument, the PDR-16, ideal for the analysis of synchronous compensators.

This new instrument facilitates the diagnosis of all synchronous compensators in a simple, precise and affordable way.

The PDR-16 is used in conjunction with accelerometers, pressure, displacement, temperature and vibration transducers. The sampling rate varying between 30 Hz and 300 kHz makes it possible to capture a wide variety of signals with very slow evolution (ex: PID Loop) or with very fast evolution signals (ex: vibration).

The PDR-16 is bundled with a powerful and easy to use software: PDR WIN©. PDR WIN allows the standardization of tests during startup or reload service. In addition of integrating innumerable functionalities, it offers releases on events (trig) with the conservation of the preceding data.
